Craig A. Kasper, Au.D., FAAA

Dr. Craig Kasper is the Chief Audiology Officer of New York Hearing Doctors. Recognized as one of the Future Leaders of Audiology by his colleagues and the American Academy of Audiology, Dr. Kasper has been at the front lines of public education and hearing healthcare service for over 17 years. He completed his Doctorate of Audiology at the University of Florida and earned his master’s degree with clinical honors from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Dr. Kasper is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA), holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA), and is a Fellow of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology (ADA).
Dr. Kasper completed his Clinical Fellowship and served as a clinician in the Department of Otolaryngology / Head & Neck Surgery at New York-Presbyterian Medical Center. While he was there he founded the Columbia University Center for Hearing Conservation, one of the first preventive hearing health and wellness programs designed for performing artists. Prevention continues to be a focus of his practice. As a result, he is recognized in the music and entertainment industries as a preferred hearing healthcare provider for many touring professionals and media personalities.
Dr. Kasper has contributed to scholarly articles that have been published in peer-reviewed journals, including Hearing Research and Laryngoscope. In addition to his professional publication history, he writes informative and educational health/ scientific articles for the general public.
Dr. Kasper’s experience has made him a resource for the media. He has appeared in print, on local and nationwide television, and on the Internet discussing topics related to hearing health and wellness. He served as the clinical spokesperson for Hear The World, a non-profit global initiative spearheaded by Placido Domingo and the Vienna Philharmonic. In 2007, Dr. Kasper was also appointed to the educational and fundraising committee for the American Tinnitus Association (ATA) and the Editorial Advisory Board for the professional publication Advance for Audiologists. He also served on the Editorial Advisory Board for Audiology Today, the official publication of the American Academy of Audiology. Dr. Kasper served on the Political Action Committee for the American Academy of Audiology and the Advisory Panel for the US Foundation of Hear The World.

Alexandra Zweig, Au.D.
DOCTOR OF AUDIOLOGY
We are pleased to welcome Dr. Alexandra Zweig as the newest member of our dedicated team. Dr. Zweig received her Bachelor of Arts degree in speechlanguagehearing sciences from Hofstra University, where she was admitted into the Phi Beta Kappa Society for demonstrating excellence in the liberal arts and sciences.
She received her doctorate in audiology from the Long Island Au.D. Consortium, which is comprised of Hofstra, Adelphi, and St. John’s Universities. Her background also includes experiences at a well-respected ear, nose, and throat practice in Mineola, the Brooklyn Veterans Affairs Hospital, and a private practice in Glen Cove. She completed her clinical residency at New York Hearing Doctors in midtown Manhattan, where she continues to practice as a licensed audiologist.
Dr. Zweig has a diverse clinical background including comprehensive audiological testing for all patient age groups, fitting of advanced hearing technology, tinnitus treatment and management, and fitting custom products to musicians.
Dr. Zweig was born and raised in New York City and is excited at the prospect of serving the New York community. Her passion is improving the quality of life for hearing-impaired individuals of all ages.

Ariella Naim received her Bachelor of Sciences in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from New York University in 2014. Throughout her undergraduate career, Ariella volunteered at the New York Eye & Ear Infirmary, working closely with a team of audiologists, which led to discovering her passion for audiology.
Ariella is currently in her clinical residency with New York Hearing Doctors as part of the completion of her doctorate from the Long Island Doctor of Audiology Consortium, which is a partnership between Hofstra, Adelphi, and St. John’s Universities. She has acquired various clinical experiences while working at The Center For Hearing & Balance Disorders at Lenox Hill Hospital, ENT and Allergy Associates, and Manhattan Audiology of Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital.
Ariella enjoys working with patients of all ages. She has multiple interests, including adult and pediatric diagnostics, adult amplification, hearing conservation, and tinnitus management.
