I had an exceptional experience at NYHD | Institute for Hearing and Balance. From start to finish, everyone there was friendly, kind, and generous with their time and information. The office manager, Robby, may have been the best, certainly the most memorable, part of my visit. What a fantastic human being. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about all things hearing-related, but he also has a down-to-earth approach that put me at ease right away. The testing was thorough, and the results were clearly explained. I learned a great deal about my hearing and about my options should I decide to proceed. If you have any type of hearing impairment, go here first. You won’t be sorry.
